Carl with many years  in the industry is also a qualified boat builder. Carl is responsible for on-site management of the projects, tradesman, contractors, apprentices and labourers.

Louise, besides normal office duties looks after product dispatch and Cove Boatworks social media pages. Having had background experience with Kodak and the printing industry Lou is chief photographer as well, keeping local and international customers updated with progress photos.
